Seahorse Palette [International]

• This will be the final restock of our Seahorse palette. (Unless there is an overwhelming demand to restock this palette)
• This is a preorder that will not ship until November, with an estimated ship date of on or by November 17th. Please use caution when placing your order as there is a $7.00 fee for canceled orders. If you order in stock items with your preorder, then the entire package will ship together in mid November. 
• 1 palette per customer, please. 
• A magnetic palette with holes in the back so you can easily pop out the shades or rearrange them to your liking. (See 5th photo)
• This is an all shimmer palette with a mix of multichromes and duochromes. Does not contain any holochromes. If you have the old palette, you will not need this new palette. To compare old vs new, please refer to the last photo. 
  
• New shades: Barbour, False Eye, Zebra, Paradoxical and Spiny. The shimmer formula has been updated, therefore, some shades may appear new, however, they are the same color on the eyelids as the old palette. 
• Seahorse is vegan and does not contain glitter, parabens or BHT. We are continuing our efforts to remain vegan, therefore, the following shades are pressed pigments and not considered safe for eye use in the USA (they are safe to use around the eye area if you're in the EU, Canada or Asia):Knysna，Tiger Tail，Giraffe，Narrow Bellied，Spiny，Pontoh，Soft Coral，Jayakar，False Eye，Paradoxical. Please use caution and follow the patch testing rules below prior to use.
• Some shades may stain the skin. An oil based makeup remover is highly recommended
• To maintain shimmer, color performance and formula consistency,  please keep this palette in a cool and dry place.
• The shimmers work best when applied with the fingers vs. a brush. Please be sure to use a good primer to prevent fall out and minimize creasing - because there will be both with these types of shimmers. Depending on your skin type, the shimmers may crease on your lids. 
• This palette has a mirror and eyeshadow base protector that needs to be removed in order to function properly. Our packaging is made of over 75% recycled plastic. The mirror protector is 100% upcycled and therefore may have flaws on it.  When you open the box, there may be a chemical smell from the packaging. This smell is a UV coat that we used to protect the palette from minor scratches and will fade over time. Please refer to the "what is upcycling" tab for more details. 
• Note: variations in color settings, lighting and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, etc. may cause colors to appear different in person. Duochromes and multichromes may appear differently on the skin versus what's in the pan. Please use our product photos as a reference guide only.

Paraben free and will expire approximately 1 year after opening. 

Perform a patch test before using a new product. Patch testing involves applying a small amount of the product to the skin where you're unlikely to wash it away. Leave the product on the patch of skin for as long as it would normally be on the skin when wearing the product,  to see if a reaction develops. Repeat for 7 to 10 days as a reaction may not happen immediately, so it is important to continue applying the product for this length of time. Please discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear.

To avoid "shimmer or glitter fallout" and creasing, we suggest using a good eye primer prior to application. 

Made and assembled in an SA 8000, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP certified lab located in Shanghai, China. Formula contains a small amount of talc which is sourced from Japan. 

Cancellations: accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. We are unable to change or add anything to your order.  If you need to cancel after 1 hour of order placement, there is $7.00 charge, however, please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. This includes preorders. We are also unable to cancel an order if your order shipped or is placed in our shipping queue. Please make sure that your order is accurate. Once your order has shipped or is placed in our shipping queue, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Cosmetics: We do not accept returns on any cosmetic/makeup item due to the nature of the product. Empty Magnetic Palettes: can be returned new or used within 10 days of your confirmed delivery date. You must return the original product box and packaging to receive your refund. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable. 

Return to Sender: You are responsible for accurately entering your correct mailing address before checkout. You are also responsible for providing safe access to your delivery address for the mail carrier. If you refuse delivery of the shipment, or fail to pick up your package at your local mail depot (when a notice is left by the carrier), the order may not be refunded. If you entered your address incorrectly at checkout, resulting in a "Return To Sender", the order may also incur a $15.00 restocking fee, a 15% transaction fee and a $9.00 shipping fee. This means that you will be responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and /or abandonment fees on top of the $15.00 restocking charge and the 15% transaction fee. These fees are then used to pay our warehouse workers who picked and packed your order, warehouse labor to receive and look over your return to determine if it can be restocked, (please remember that we ship from Colorado and every warehouse laborer is paid a minimum of $15.00 per hour as of 2025) box fee, packing material fees, Shopify's transaction fees and mail carrier label fee.

Shipping Protection: If you took advantage of shipping protection at checkout and need to utilize the service, please contact us to file a claim. Shipping Protection is not refundable. Any order valued at $50 or above that is delivered but not received by recipient will require a police report for replacement. Upcycling means creating something new from discarded materials by repairing, refurbishing, or repurposing them. This process is done by machine and by hand and therefore there may be various "flaws" in the packaging that cannot be avoided during the making process. We also use upcycled metal to create our magnetic pans. Please be aware of this before purchasing as we do not issue refunds for packaging manufacturing flaws.

Though we can't do this with all of our products, we try and upcycle most of our products. Our foam is corn based and biodegradable over time. Over 40% of our mirrors are refurbished. Once an item has been upcycled, it cannot be recycled because plastics can only be recycled once or twice before they can no longer be of use. Note: When you open the box/palette, there may be a chemical smell from the packaging. This smell is a UV coat that we used to protect the palette as well as the foam and will fade over time.  It is a necessary part of making an uncycled product "look pretty".

Upcycling has no effect on the eyeshadow formula itself. All shades are removable and magnetic and can be stored in most magnetic palettes. Please visit our FAQ section for further information.

Because we have less than 10 employees, we are exempt from the requirements of Prop 65, however, in the interest of transparency, we are working on transitioning our packaging and products, where applicable, to reflect this warning, shown below. Because our products are developed a year in advance, the changes will not reflect until 2026.
