• We need to begin with an apology. The word "Reptilian" is misspelled on the palette. (It is correct on the back of the eyeshadow pan and box). Unfortunately, this misspelled word will not be corrected until the third restock. If misspellings bother you, please wait until the third restock to place your order. 
• A magnetic palette with holes in the back so you can easily pop out the shades or rearrange them to your liking. (See 6th photo)
• This palette contains exceptionally sparkly shades that may resemble glitter, due to the high concentration (over 62.7%) of large-particle chameleon pearl shimmers. There are 6 buildable and blendable matte shades included to compliment your look. 
  
• E.B.E.'s is 100%  vegan and does not contain glitter, parabens or BHT. We are continuing our efforts to remain vegan, therefore, the following shades are pressed pigments and not considered safe for eye use in the USA (they are safe to use around the eye area if you're in the EU, Canada or Asia): E.B.E 2, Transmedium, Dementor UAP, Skinny Bob, and Orion Reptilian. Please use caution and follow the patch testing rules below prior to use.
• To maintain shimmer, color performance and formula consistency,  please keep this palette in a cool and dry place.
• The shimmers work best when applied with the fingers vs. a brush. Please be sure to use a good primer to prevent fall out and minimize creasing - because there will be both with these types of shimmers. Depending on your skin type, the shimmers may crease on your lids. 
• This palette has a mirror and eyeshadow base protector that needs to be removed in order to function properly. Our packaging is made of over 75% recycled/upcycled plastic. The mirror protector is 100% upcycled and therefore may have flaws on it.  When you open the box, there may be a chemical smell from the packaging. This smell is a UV coat that we used to protect the palette from minor scratches and will fade over time. Please refer to the "what is upcycling" tab for more details. 
• Note: variations in color settings, lighting and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, etc. may cause colors to appear different in person. Duochromes and multichromes may appear differently on the skin versus what's in the pan. Please use our product photos as a reference guide only.

Cancellations: accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. We are unable to change or add anything to your order. If you need to cancel after 1 hour of order placement, there is $7.00 charge, however, please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. This includes preorders. You must return the original product box and packaging to receive your refund. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable. Return to Sender: You are responsible for accurately entering your correct mailing address before checkout. You are also responsible for providing safe access to your delivery address for the mail carrier. If you refuse delivery of the shipment, or fail to pick up your package at your local mail depot (when a notice is left by the carrier), the order may not be refunded. If you entered your address incorrectly at checkout, resulting in a "Return To Sender", the order may also incur a $15.00 restocking fee, a 15% transaction fee and a $9.00 shipping fee. This means that you will be responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and /or abandonment fees on top of the $15.00 restocking charge and the 15% transaction fee. These fees are then used to pay our warehouse workers who picked and packed your order, warehouse labor to receive and look over your return to determine if it can be restocked, (please remember that we ship from Colorado and every warehouse laborer is paid a minimum of $14.50 per hour as of 2024) box fee, packing material fees, Shopify's transaction fees and mail carrier label fee. Shipping Protection: If you took advantage of shipping protection at checkout and need to utilize the service, please contact us to file a claim. Shipping Protection is not refundable. Upcycling means creating something new from discarded materials by repairing, refurbishing, or repurposing them. This process is done by machine and by hand and therefore there may be various "flaws" in the packaging that cannot be avoided during the making process. We also use upcycled metal to create our magnetic pans. Please be aware of this before purchasing as we do not issue refunds for packaging manufacturing flaws.Though we can't do this with all of our products, we try and upcycle most of our products. Our foam is corn based and biodegradable over time. Over 40% of our mirrors are refurbished. Once an item has been upcycled, it cannot be recycled because plastics can only be recycled once or twice before they can no longer be of use. Note: When you open the box/palette, there may be a chemical smell from the packaging. This smell is a UV coat that we used to protect the palette as well as the foam and will fade over time.  It is a necessary part of making an uncycled product "look pretty".Upcycling has no effect on the eyeshadow formula itself.
