First, we wanted to say thank you to all the essential workers who continue to provide essential services during this time. There are no words that can adequately express our gratitude for all that you are doing during this difficult time.  

Second, we wanted to thank you for waiting for on your order. Under normal conditions, your order arrives quickly. This is because we draw inventory from partner shipping facilities that spread our inventory through out the country. These facilities are now operating with limited staff. By limited, we mean, about 1 to 3 person(s) in each facility. 

COVID-19 is impacting our normal shipping times, due to the CDC and WHO recommendations we're following in our warehouses. Please expect a significant delay in receiving your order.
 
Your order will show as pending until it ships. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

Domestic Shipping 

In general, there will be a delay of up to 7 to 10 business days to process your order.  That means that you may need to add an additional 10 business days to your estimated shipping time table. As a company, we do everything we can, to get your order to you earlier than expected.  Despite this, we want to make you aware of all of possible scenarios.  

International Shipping:  If you are looking to purchase our empty palettes only, please be aware that at this time, the best and most cost effective way to buy them is via this link.  This will re-route you to our Amazon.us store. Amazon will ship all of our empty palettes to most countries for under $20.00.

Because we cannot offer our economic shipping plan to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, India, UAE, and many other countries at this time.  ⚠️Please note that if you choose First Class International Mail or Priority Mail International, your package if ordered on 4/1, may not arrive until well after 30 to 40 US business days ⚠️This is due to delays in the mail service at this time.  Below is are links to the USPS International Mail Service News Room and Canada Post. We've temporarily suspended shipments to the following locations that currently do not accept International packages: 

Algeria, Belize, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, Honduras, India, Iran, Korea, Republic of, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya,  Morocco, Myanmar , Peru, and Thailand.
