    • Some companies try to get rid of overstock by creating various mystery boxes, however, our mystery box contains 9, all new, full size, high quality, never seen before products from our brand. That means, it will not contain anything you can view on our website. It's a true mystery. 
    • Mystery Box is sold at a discount. The estimated retail value is over $170.00 when sold separately. All products will be available at normal retail prices in mid 2023. 
    • If you buy more than one mystery box, you will end up with duplicates. 
    • Mystery box is a final sale item and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.  We do not recommend purchasing this box if you're new to our brand.

  • To keep this a mystery, full ingredient details will be provided on each item or on the box, upon receipt. Please be aware that some items may contain shea butter and may not be suitable for sensitive eyelids. 
  • Several items in this box have a gel consistency that will apply "thick". This can be sheared out with a brush. 
  • Perform a patch test before using a new product. Please discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear. To avoid "shimmer or glitter fallout" as well as creasing, we suggest using a good primer before application . 
  • Some items in the mystery box are made and assembled in an SA 8000, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, GMP certified lab located in Hong Kong, China.
  • Cancellations: excepted within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to change or add anything to your order. Changes to orders are subject to product availability. If you need to cancel after 24 hours, there is $6.00 charge. This includes preorders. 
  • Cosmetics: We do not accept returns on any eyeshadow or face palette due to the nature of the product. All sales on eyeshadow and cosmetics are final once received. 
  • Empty Magnetic Palettes: can be returned new or used within 10 days of your confirmed delivery date. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable
  • Shipping Protection: If you took advantage of shipping protection at checkout and need to utilize the service, please contact us to file a claim. Shipping Protection is not refundable. See shipping protection terms of service  for more details.

Fedex International Shipping = Delivered duties unpaid within 8 to 20 business days. This is an estimated time frame and may vary due to COVID variants. Only available for some countries. *Time frame does not include custom delays which can sometimes take up to 90 days.* Shipping will be calculated at checkout and will not include duties or taxes for international shipments. International shipments are subject to the import laws of their respective country’s customs department.

Domestic Shipping: Orders totaling $200 or more may require a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
